PROGRAM ROSTERS:
Official Team Rosters are due to Justin Peterson, the CCS Tournament Program printer (http://www.cifccs.org/playoffs/tournamentforms/water%20polo%20roster%20on-line.htm), no later than NOVEMBER 1st.  In order to be included in the Tournament program, coaches must submit rosters on-line by going to either the CCS web-site (www.cifccs.org, then follow prompts to "Play-offs/Water Polo/Rosters").  PLEASE DO NOT SEND ROSTERS TO THE CCS OFFICE!

PRACTICE AT CHAMPIONSHIP SITE(S):
No arrangements for practice at competition sites are allowed by the CCS once the site of the Tournament has been announced.  See the "General Tournament Information" Section of the CCS Tournament Guide for the specific policy.  Schools found in violation of this rule may be barred from further participation in the Section Play-offs.

ADMISSION PRICES:
General Admission - $8    Senior Citizens - $4    Student Discount (w/ ASB card) - $3    Children (under 12) - $2

GAME BALL:
Kap7 is the "Official Tournament Ball," will be provided by the CCS and will be used exclusively throughout the Tournament.

SPORTSMANSHIP:
It is essential that all competition be completely within the bounds of GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP.  Therefore, any player or coach who is disqualified from a Play-off contest for flagrant misconduct or unsportsmanlike behavior shall be disqualified from all remaining contests in that sport that season.

FACULTY SUPERVISION:
Adequate student/spectator supervision MUST be provided by each school participating in the Tournament.  School administrators/faculty who attend the contest in this regard should introduce themselves to the CCS Site Director, and tell him/her where they will be located throughout the contest in case their assistance is required.  It is the responsibility of the school supervisory personnel to prevent and correct any inappropriate behavior of their schools' students and spectators.

CHAMPIONSHIP T-SHIRTS:
The Championship T-Shirts Order Form is located on the CCS web site on the water polo page..  T-Shirts will be available at the seeding meeting for $15.00 each. Orders can also be faxed/mailed/emailed to the CCS office.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS AND COACHES:
The CIF-Central Coast Section is well aware that many other school and non-school activities (AP tests, SAT/ACT tests, proms, plays, holidays, senior trips, religious days, etc.) may occur during CCS Play-offs.  The CCS tries to avoid as many conflicts as possible; however, with so many activities available for today's student-athlete, it is not reasonable to assume that all such activities can be taken into account, and thus, CCS Play-off events will go on as originally scheduled.  Participants and coaches are therefore expected to plan in advance for such possible scheduling conflicts and make those difficult choices as to which events will take precedence for that individual.  Generally, although it is ultimately the personal choice of the student-athlete and/or his/her parent(s), an academic activity should take precedence over an extra-curricular event.
